We guarantee quality of our products. Modern Mane wants to make sure our customers are always satisfied with our products. However, Refunds are issued only under special circumstances.
The invoice we sent out must be included in order to obtain a refund. A full refund will then be issued to the cardholder, once our customer support has processed the request. We do not accept opened or damaged bags as returns. If you have opened a product, do not send it back.
Cancellations:
If you signed up for a subscription, you may cancel at any time. However, although you can cancel at any time, we will not refund orders beyond 30 days old. Canceling your order will not guarantee a refund of any products sent.
